Write it down in your inner work journal (make sure nobody else’s stuff is part of your journal, this writing space is purely yours) and after your breathwork or meditation, add a new quality about yourself. Soon enough, you will reconnect with parts of yourself that you are not in awareness of or connected to at present. We spend so much of our attention on others; let’s take time to spend time with ourselves.
