Facing a wild animal, having deadlines you cannot fulfill, extreme multitasking, being in a toxic relationship, disagreements that do not get resolved, lack of sleep, and repressed emotions; are all examples of threats to your wellbeing.
The amygdala will initiate the chemical response in your body known as anxiety.
Instead of repressing it, I urge you to understand its evolutionary role in motivating you to take action. Anxiety might be uncomfortable but is a wake up call to make changes in order to feel better.
